Early access privacy notice · Version 2026-10-04.v1

Registration is closed while operator, contact and processing arrangements are confirmed. This notice will be finalized before real registration opens.

Who operates this service

NeuralValley is an independent initiative. The legal operator is awaiting confirmation. No university endorsement is implied.

What we collect and why

We record your first name, email, roles, immediate interest, event/link source, timestamps, verification state, privacy notice version and optional marketing preference. You may add a skill, startup or organization detail, LinkedIn link and phone number. Authorized administrators can record private follow-up notes and status. We use this information to record early-access interest and organize relevant human follow-up. Registration does not create a public profile, an investment service or a guaranteed introduction.

Your choices

Marketing is optional and off by default. You can request correction, removal or withdrawal of marketing permission. We do not publicly display your contact details or register you for matching by default. This release does not use AI to process your registration.

Storage and access

Sites managed Cloudflare D1. No UAE data-residency guarantee is available. Sites serves the application and Cloudflare processes hosting/database requests. Authentication for administrators is managed by Sites. Public registration requires no account. Only the configured administrator can read or export registration records. Exported copies are separately controlled by the operator.

Retention and deletion

The retention period is awaiting operator approval. Registration remains closed until the policy is approved. Administrative access events use record IDs rather than registration content. Minimal hashed, rotating network identifiers are used temporarily to limit spam. Deletion removes the active record; existing exports and provider recovery copies require separate handling.

Contact

A verified privacy contact will be published before registration opens.
